OlIVE & CUCINA GRATIN
Ingredients
1 lb Olive & Cucina wedge-cut potatoes
2 Italian tomatoes, diced
1 red pepper, julienned
10 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, julienned
Salt and pepper to taste
Swiss cheese to taste
Veal stock
Preparation
Mix Olive & Cucina potatoes and vegetables
in an oven-ready bowl. Place tomatoes on top. Add veal stock. Cover
with Swiss cheese and place in oven for 30 minutes. Heat oven to
425 F.
